Our tea leaf cookies are made without any additives, using only the mellow tea from Okabe Town, a region famous for Shizuoka Gyokuro. The cookies come with small holes in them from the start. Since they contain no additives, these holes are left behind by Aomushi-kun, a character who lives in the tea fields. Please enjoy the natural taste and aroma of the tea.
Suga Rusk is a rusk made from handmade French bread using milk from the foothills of Mount Fuji.
We use Shizuoka tea as a secret ingredient to bring out the buttery flavor and create a light, refreshing taste. Enjoy the aromatic flavor and crispy texture.
