At our shop, we finish our tea under strict quality control. We take particular care in the roasting process, combining rack-style hot-air drying with direct-fire roasting, and incorporating far-infrared roasting machines to draw out the finest flavor and aroma from the very core of the tea leaves. We deliver handcrafted works of art, created under the watchful eyes and refined intuition of our skilled artisans.
"Hon-yama Tea Series"
We offer a wide selection, including “Sunpu Honzancha,” made from carefully selected Honzancha harvested in the Abe and Warashina River basins; “Tenka-jin,” featuring handpicked Akubo tea from the tea garden established by Tokugawa Ieyasu; and “Jukuhon Honzancha,” aged in a tea storehouse high in the mountains.
