Shizuoka City Fureai Health Promotion Center Yurara
Affectionately known as "Yu-Ra-Ra," this facility is designed to help residents easily and enjoyably refresh their minds and bodies, foster intergenerational interaction, and contribute to the promotion of public health. It is an energy-recycling hot spring facility that utilizes waste heat from the adjacent Numagami Waste Treatment Plant.
We hold various classes within the facility aimed at promoting residents’ health and providing opportunities to start exercising.
