Aoi Senbei Honke
Established in 1869. We continue to preserve our traditional flavors by kneading high-quality flour with carefully selected ingredients and baking them to perfection. Popular items include the large "Aoi Daimaru" miso rice crackers, shaped like the Tokugawa family crest, and the "Sunpu Taiko" crackers, which contain peanuts. We also produce custom-made roof-tile-shaped rice crackers for souvenirs and gifts. We are open year-round and look forward to welcoming you!
