“Chamachi KINZABURO” is a shop specializing in Japanese tea and sweets, run by a tea wholesaler with over 100 years of history in this area.
The owner, Tomio Maeda, is a tea master renowned throughout Japan. He has won numerous awards for his expert eye in carefully selecting teas with distinct flavors and aromas, and for his skill in blending them into delicious teas.
Mr. Maeda’s “Blended Tea Experience,” held at the café, is an event where participants can learn “how to brew tea so that the blend tastes its best.”
This experience, which offers a true opportunity to learn the skills of a tea master, is also highly praised for its pairings of 11 different teas with sweets.
