Isabu North Falls

A waterfall 10 meters high and 2 meters wide. It is said to have been established 800 years ago as a place of ascetic practice for the Shingon sect. It is about 1 km from the Kami-Isabu bus stop, and there is a sign at the entrance.

From JR Shizuoka Station, take the Tokaido Line to JR Shimizu Station. From Shimizu Station, take the Anbara Line bus for about 25 minutes, get off at Kami-Isabu, and walk for about 15 minutes.
