Shizumoru Nishigaya (Nishigaya Resource Recycling Experience Plaza)
Shizumall Nishigaya is a unique facility where visitors can experience both waste reduction and the effective use of resources at the same time.
In addition to hot springs and foot baths powered by waste-to-energy plant waste heat, we offer a wide variety of hands-on workshops, such as glassblowing using recycled bottles and making hanging decorations from old kimonos.
We also offer space rentals, making it an ideal venue for group activities and social gatherings.
- A hot spring where you can relax while enjoying the view of the garden. The sulfur-rich waters are said to be effective for a variety of ailments, including neuralgia and muscle pain.

- A foot bath located outside the facility. It is free to use.
- A blown glass workshop using recycled bottles. Choose your favorite colors and shapes to create a one-of-a-kind piece.

■From Platform 9 at the North Exit of JR Shizuoka Station, take the Shizutetsu Bus Nishigaya Line bound for “Nishigaya General Sports Park” and get off at the terminal stop; it is a 10-minute walk from there. Alternatively, take the Chiyo-Jibio Line bound for “Uchimaki” and get off at “Nishigaya Baseball Stadium”; it is a 5-minute walk from there.- Car Park
