We are located on the ground floor of a building on a quiet street just a 5-minute walk from Shizuoka Station.

We source vegetables still covered in soil directly from local farmers, fresh fish caught that very day, and carefully selected ingredients from across the country.

The scent of the soil and the natural aroma of the ingredients that wafts up the moment they touch your lips. The glossy sheen that speaks to their freshness and the beautiful cross-section of our tempura. The sound of the light batter crackling and the sound it makes when dipped in sauce. The texture that changes depending on how it’s cooked. And, above all, pure deliciousness. We cherish these experiences.
