Shimizu Lighthouse (Miho Lighthouse)

This is Japan’s first reinforced concrete lighthouse, and it celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2012. The weather vane at the top of the lighthouse is shaped like a celestial maiden.

About 30 minutes from the Shimizu Interchange on the Tomei Expressway

[Public Transportation]
Take the Tokaido Line from JR Shizuoka Station to JR Shimizu Station. From Shimizu Station, take the Miho Yamanote bus line for about 25 minutes and get off at "Miho Honmachi." It is about a 20-minute walk from there.
