Ichimatsu-en

Tororo-jiru is a specialty of Maruko-juku on the Tōkaidō. Since ancient times, wild yams have been known as "yama-yaku" and prized as a nutritious and invigorating food. This dish features nutrient-rich yams grated and served over barley rice. It’s a perfect blend of flavor and nutrition.
