○ Spicy Wasabi Pickles (120g)
Made by blending 28% wasabi root—cured with nothing but salt—into sake lees that have been aged for over a year, this product offers the authentic flavor and spiciness of wasabi in a time-honored style.
○ Wasabi Nori (120g)
We add only the root portion of wasabi to a special simmered Ise nori tsukudani.
○ Wasabi Miso (130g)
We’ve blended local white miso into a sweet miso paste and mixed in only the root portion of the wasabi.
