Tamaruya owns farms in Abe-oku, the birthplace of wasabi cultivation, and in Fujinomiya, which is rich in spring water from Mount Fuji. Blessed with clear spring water—filtered through granite and maintained at a temperature of around 13 degrees Celsius—we cultivate wasabi year-round.
