Kurokawa Campground
Located at the foot of Mount Ryuzo, this campground offers a soothing retreat surrounded by lush greenery and clear streams. It bustles with families and other visitors during the peak season. Another distinctive feature of this campground is the high number of visitors from outside the prefecture. The Kurokawa River in front of the campground has been developed with water-friendly features, featuring many shallow areas that make it a popular spot for water play. It is also the only “free campground” operated by the city. Applications are accepted at the management center.
