Nihondaira Ropeway

The Nihondaira Ropeway is a cable car that connects the summit of Nihondaira—a scenic spot that has been ranked first in the "Top 100 Tourist Destinations in Japan" competition—with Kunozan Toshogu Shrine, a historic site associated with Tokugawa Ieyasu that houses the only National Treasure building in Shizuoka Prefecture, in just five minutes.
