Shizuoka Time Travel 2026: Exploring Prehistory and Ancient Times Through Archaeological Finds

It is known that people were living in Shizuoka City, where the Toro Ruins are located, long before the Toro settlement was established. This exhibition showcases artifacts discovered at archaeological sites in the Shizuoka City area dating back to the Yayoi, Jomon, and Kofun periods, offering a glimpse into the history of Shizuoka City as revealed through archaeology and excavation surveys.What were the lives and landscapes of people like in the periods before and after the time of Tōro Village? Let’s take a journey through history, comparing these periods with the Tōro Site.

[Admission] General: 300 yen; High school and college students: 200 yen; Elementary and junior high school students: 50 yen
